How cashback works

Cashback is a casino bonus for regular players, not an entry offer. The weekly cashback follows your VIP level: Gold gets 5%, Platinum 10%, Diamond 15%. Cashback compared across casinos

Only Wazamba documents a percentage. For National Casino, Jet Casino and 22Bet, casino.guru and LCB name the offer without an amount, and for Bizzo Casino cashback is missing in all sources.

Two differences stand out. Wazamba is the only brand with a documented wagering rule for cashback. And only at Wazamba is access tied to named levels; for National Casino, casino.guru speaks generally of a higher status, and for Jet Casino, LCB speaks of active players.

The earning rules of the loyalty programmes are documented to different degrees. At Bizzo Casino, according to LCB, you get loyalty points per €12.50 wagered, at Jet Casino JetCoins per €50 of real-money wagers. 22Bet awards coins for wagers according to LCB, but the source gives no threshold. For Wazamba and National Casino the earning rule is not documented; only the levels are: 5 VIP levels at Wazamba according to the operator, 9 levels at National Casino according to LCB.

The number of levels says little about how quickly you reach cashback. What matters is the level at which it starts. That is documented only for Wazamba: from Gold, the lowest of the three highest levels.

Live casino cashback

For the live casino, Wazamba Casino runs its own cashback: 25%, at most €200, 1x wagering. The promotion terms state: "The maximum cashback amount is 200 EUR" (translated from the German promotion terms).

Compared with the weekly cashback, the percentage is higher and the cap lower: 25% against up to 15%, €200 against €3,000. Whether the live cashback is also tied to the three highest VIP levels is not documented. The VIP restriction is documented only for the weekly offer.

1x wagering on cashback

According to the promotion terms, both Wazamba cashback offers carry a 1x wagering rule. You stake the credited balance once, after which it counts as wagered. For these brands, 1x is the only documented wagering requirement for cashback.

Deposit bonuses have their own wagering terms. For the Wazamba welcome bonus, the promotion terms require 35 times the deposit and bonus, 40 times for winnings from free spins, and the wagering must be completed within 10 days of activation. Cashback, by contrast, takes a single pass.

Game weighting is also a separate matter for the bonus: according to the promotion terms, at Wazamba slots, scratch cards and keno count at 100%, live games and video poker at 10%, table and card games at 0%. There is no statement on the weighting of cashback balance.

National Casino: cashback at a higher status

For the VIP programme there are two statements from two sources. According to LCB it has 9 levels, with free spins or bonus balance per level. According to AskGamblers, National Casino offers additional benefits for players who climb high enough. The level at which cashback starts is not documented.

Jet Casino: cashback and JetCoins

According to LCB, active players at Jet Casino can expect cashback, alongside birthday gifts, lotteries and tournaments. LCB does not state the cashback amount.

According to LCB the loyalty programme has 10 levels. You collect JetCoins per €50 of real-money wagers. According to LCB, loyalty coins left unused for 6 months are removed from the account. Verbatim: "If Loyalty coins are not used within 6 months, they will be removed from the player's account."

Whether JetCoins are credited against the cashback is not stated by the source. If you play only at longer intervals, you lose collected coins after half a year without use.

22Bet: cashback promotions and shop

According to LCB, 22Bet runs cashback promotions, and LCB lists them alongside Cash Splash campaigns. The source gives no percentage.

According to casino.guru, 22Bet offers a loyalty programme. According to LCB, you earn coins for wagers and exchange them in the shop for free bets or casino spins. Whether the coins expire is not documented.

Unlike Wazamba, 22Bet runs cashback promotions according to LCB; a VIP restriction is not documented. When such a promotion runs and on what terms is not documented; you will find it in the operator's promotions section.

Bizzo Casino: cashback not documented

For Bizzo Casino, cashback is not documented: none of our sources names such an offer. The loyalty programme is documented. According to LCB it has 30 levels, with loyalty points per €12.50 wagered. According to casino.guru, tournaments are among its features.

The 30 levels are the longest documented loyalty programme of these brands, ahead of Jet Casino with 10 and National Casino with 9 levels. Our sources name no benefits on the upper levels beyond the tournaments.

Cashback or deposit bonus

A deposit bonus such as the welcome bonus targets new customers and depends on a deposit. At Wazamba, according to the promotion terms, cashback depends on VIP level Gold or higher.
